Rosa dei venti Soc. Coo. Soc. has been registered in the list of the Puglia Region of Accredited Entities for Employment Services with executive resolution No. 135 of 28 March 2018.
With this initiative, the Rosa dei Venti aims to create a path of dialogue with the citizen and the company and, with the aim of a constant and continuous improvement of its organization towards users/customers.
The aim of Employment Services is to support people looking for a job, people who want to increase their professionalism in the job search phase and people at risk of exclusion from the job market through valid tools. All this is possible by offering candidates individual and group orientation interviews, training, refresher and retraining courses, orientation services and qualified consultancy, as well as boosting the active search for a job and favoring the meeting between job supply and demand . The actual achievement of the service objectives is checked and monitored periodically.

La Rosa dei Venti received the ISO 9001:2015 certification from Euro Cert on 11-07-2018 for employment mediation services (brokerage, personnel search and selection, support for professional outplacement). Provision of training and career guidance services.
