set of interventions aimed at people or families who, due to particular contingencies or incomplete independence, are unable, even temporarily, to meet their personal, domestic, social and health needs.\n\nIn particular, in compliance with article 87 of R.R. n.4\/07, is aimed at people with disabilities and partially non-self-sufficient elderly people who, due to age and\/or disabling pathologies, experience reduced or poor ability in personal mobility, even temporarily, with evident limitation of personal autonomy and consequent reduction in the quality of life.\n\nIn line with the provisions of the DGR n.1206\/2007, the home care service pursues the aim of keeping the person in their own living environment, foreseeing and removing the causes that limit their autonomy, supporting the action of caring for families and contrasting situations of marginalization and institutionalization processes.\n\nAssistance to a user of a domiciliary service is a process of integration and construction of a relationship of trust which presupposes mutual knowledge and a path which translates into the global taking charge of the person.\n\nThe user who benefits from Home Services is usually an elderly or disabled person, in any case he is a fragile person, with health problems and often with a high care burden.\n\nTo biological fragility must also be added the psychological fragility of those who find themselves, in spite of themselves, having to resort to people &#8220;strangers&#8221; from their family context.\n\nThe culture of home care, which inspires the service, is expressed in the following way:\n<ul>\n <li>home living as a dimension of life of the person, articulated in the spaces of the house and of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\ninterpersonal relationships;\n<ul>\n <li>home care as recovery and protection of a person&#8217;s sense of belonging;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nhome care as the construction of a network of synergies in response to the estrangement from\n\nown living context.\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6579970 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6579970\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Service recipients<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a14889 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a14889\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\tThe recipients of the Home Care Service are the citizens of the social area n\u00b011 made up of the municipalities of Mola di Bari, Noic\u00e0ttaro, Rutigliano and specifically: elderly people who are not self-sufficient or with reduced temporary self-sufficiency deriving from critical situations of socio-health or pathological need , people with mental health problems and disabled people with limited autonomy who live alone and\/or who live with families who are not sufficiently able to ensure assistance for the care and hygiene of the person and the home.\n\nThe services provided by the Home Assistance Service (SAD) in compliance with the provisions of Regional Regulation no. 4 of 18\/01\/2007, are as follows:\n<ol>\n <li><strong> Help and involvement in housekeeping<\/strong><\/li>\n <li><strong> Aid aimed at promoting and\/or maintaining self-sufficiency in daily activity<\/strong><\/li>\n <li><strong> Hygienic-sanitary performance of simple implementation<\/strong><\/li>\n <li><strong>Social secretarial services<\/strong><\/li>\n <li><strong> Interventions aimed at promoting relationships<\/strong><\/li>\n <li><strong> support activities for parental education and support for personal mobility<\/strong><\/li>\n <li><strong> aid benefits for families<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
